By accessing or using Workshop Doctor LLC's ("we," "our," or "us") AI-powered workshop assessment and coaching platform at workshopdoctor.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
Workshop Doctor provides:
- AI-powered workshop assessments analyzing your teaching and facilitation practices
- Diagnostic reports identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement
- AI coaching conversations based on learning science methodology
- Access to a knowledge base of workshop facilitation techniques
- Optional strategy call booking for personalized consulting
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
You may begin using the Service without creating an account. Account creation is required to access certain features, including saving reports and AI coaching conversations.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Pricing and Payment

The free tier includes:
- 7-question workshop assessment
- Quick diagnostic report (900-1200 words)
- 25 AI coaching messages (30-day expiry)
4.2 Paid Tier ($49 One-Time)
The Full Spectrum Diagnostic includes:
- Complete 15-19 question assessment
- Comprehensive diagnostic report (3000+ words)
- Unlimited AI coaching messages (30 days from purchase)
- FREE 30-minute strategy call with Dr. Wright
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount. All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
4.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the workshop information and responses you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
6.3 Generated Reports
Diagnostic reports and AI-generated recommendations are created for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use these reports for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. AI-Generated Content
7.1 Nature of AI Advice
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your workshop practices and provide recommendations. While our AI is trained on learning science principles, all recommendations are:
- Provided for informational and educational purposes only
- Not a substitute for professional consulting or training
- Subject to limitations and potential errors inherent in AI systems
7.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations from the Service. We recommend testing new techniques in low-risk environments before implementing them in critical workshops.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKSHOP DOCTOR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service
- Any errors or omissions in content
- Implementation of recommendations provided by the Service
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Workshop Doctor LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@theworkshopdoctor.com.
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use creates risk or legal exposure for us
- We discontinue the Service
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@theworkshopdoctor.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
11.3 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
11.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Workshop Doctor LLC regarding the Service.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
12.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
