1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Workshop Doctor LLC's AI-powered Workshop Health Check, personalized report, AI coaching, and related offer pages at workshopdoctor.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Workshop Doctor provides an AI-powered Workshop Health Check and follow-on guidance for workshop creators, consultants, coaches, and education businesses. The Service currently includes:

• An AI-powered Workshop Health Check that evaluates your workshop design and delivery
• A personalized report identifying strengths, gaps, and recommended next steps
• 25 free coaching messages based on your report and the Workshop Doctor methodology
• Dashboard experiences and follow-up guidance tied to your assessment results
• Offer paths for Workshop Doctor Mastery and Workshop Doctor Executive

3. Account Registration and Security

An account is required to use the Service. You must provide a valid email address and create a password before beginning the Health Check. Account creation is free, and no payment information is required to access the free experience.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, and notifying us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Pricing and Paid Offers

The public-facing Service is currently free to access and includes the Workshop Health Check, your personalized report, and 25 AI coaching messages.

We may also present optional paid offers, including a $20K Virtual Intensive and a $50K Executive DFY engagement, or other offers as listed on the site. Any paid engagement is governed by the specific proposal, order form, or purchase agreement presented at the point of transaction.

5. Communications and Email

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree that we may send service-related and marketing communications tied to your use of Workshop Doctor. These communications may include pre-report nudge emails, welcome emails, value engine emails, conversion emails, and mastery or executive interest sequences.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting support@theworkshopdoctor.com. Transactional communications related to your account, report, or support requests may still be sent as needed.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or abusive content
• Share your credentials or impersonate another person

7. Data We Use to Operate the Service

To provide the Service, we collect and process information such as your Health Check responses, workshop details you share, account details, usage data, and email engagement data. We use that information to generate your personalized report, deliver coaching responses, improve the Service, and operate email sequences tied to your progress and interest in our offers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Workshop Doctor brand, software, assessment questions, report formats, methodology, and related materials, is owned by Workshop Doctor LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Copyright 2026 Workshop Doctor LLC.

You retain ownership of the workshop information you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process that information as needed to provide the Service. Reports and coaching outputs are licensed for your internal use and may not be resold or publicly republished as our proprietary materials.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your workshop information and provide recommendations. AI-generated output is informational and educational only. You are responsible for how you apply any recommendation in your business, workshops, or client work.

• AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
• Workshop Doctor does not guarantee specific business, educational, or financial outcomes
• You should use independent judgment before acting on any recommendation

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKSHOP DOCTOR LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE FREE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the Service.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@theworkshopdoctor.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@theworkshopdoctor.com to attempt an informal resolution.

13. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Workshop Doctor LLC regarding the Service.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
